It was an honour to judge dogs today. I would like to thank The Golden Retriever Club for
their hospitality and well run show. Thank you to my stewards who did a sterling job and to
the exhibitors for bringing their lovely dogs. I was spoilt for choice with such a lovely entry
both numerically and quality. Some tough decisions meant I was really splitting hairs for
placings.
Baby Puppy 2,1abs
1st Henson & Luckham Flyngalee Enterprise.
This baby has a lovely pale, wavy coat. He has a strong masculine head. He is well boned
with tight feet. Nicely balanced angulation front and rear. His movement was true front and
rear.
Veteran 7+ 6,1 abs
1st Maynard Ch Chinnordale Cue Card.
A strong masculine boy who is very well balanced. Super pigment and well chiselled head,
good neck length into excellent top line. He stands on tight feet and has a super bend of
stifle. On the move he has fabulous long, free strides. BVD.
2nd Rose & Neil Gildas Amori Infiniti.
This boy is very well balanced. A very showy, happy boy with excellent pigment and gentle
expression. Lovely layback of shoulder and correct upper arm. Good top line and tailset and
correct bend of stifle. He moved round the ring with very easy strides, true front and rear.

1st Loverock & Waldron-Smith Lovissa Space Dust ShCM VW
Beautifully balanced boy from all angles. He has a well proportioned head with a kind eye.
Lovely straight, well boned legs on tight feet. Level top line held on the move. He has a good
length of stride and covers the ground well.
2nd Gerhold Sh Ch Jay mardy Indigo Pacific JW
A very exuberant boy with a lovely gentle head. He is well boned with good straight legs and
correct feet. He has a deep chest and lovely bend of stifle. He moves out well.
Minor Puppy 7,1abs
1st Clarke-Gear Dewmist Danzatore With Ousevale (imp swe)
A beautifully balanced cream boy with melting expression, super front and rear angulation.
Lovely neck, good bone and feet. He needs to settle on the move but moved true front and
rear.
2nd Jackson – Haines Leighsham The Cheeky Elf.
This mid gold boy has fabulous pigment, correct masculine head, correct neck length into
good topline. He has super bone and feet and a compact short coupled body. He just needs
to drop into his stifle to finish the picture.
Puppy 8
1st Scott-Briggs Largymore Ravagier
Presents a lovely balanced picture, in super mid gold coat. He has a good length of neck,
correct angles front and rear, a short coupled body with correct top line and tail set. A lovely
long stride on the move he covered the ground with ease. Just needs to tighten in front
pasterns. BPD

1st Cuthill Messano Pop Master Of Mousseglen.
A beautiful dog from head to tail. He is very well balanced. Super masculine head with good
depth of muzzle. Lovely dark eye. Super bone and feet and short coupled body. His coat
was gleaming to finish the picture. He moves well, true front and rear.
2nd Angel Linirgor Seven Up At Millanza JW
Well balanced cream boy in super coat and condition. He has a super masculine head with a
gentle expression. Nicely angled front and rear and super length of stride on the move.

1st O’Gorman Berrymeade Billy Summers JW
His dark gold coat was gleaming today. Love the balance of this boy, nothing overdone. He
has excellent pigment, well chiseled head, good bone and feet and a deep chest. He moved
with good long strides and driving rear action.
2nd Bardossy Dewmist Dream Weaver JW
This boy is full of life. A nicely balanced cream boy who has super angulation front and rear.
Excellent pigment, gentle head and good neck length. Just lacking a little coat today.

Nicely balanced boy with nothing overdone. He has a kind eye and correct head proportions.
Correct top line and tail set. Well muscled quarters which showed on the move, driving from
the rear.

Beautifully balanced ream boy with super bone and feet. Gentle expression and excellent
pigment. Super top line and lovely bend of stifle. Moved out with long strides and driving
action
2nd Archer Haydengold Just A Rumour At Sunandair JW
Another beautifully balanced mid gold boy with super bone and feet. He has a correct top
line and tail set. Lovely angulation and moves with goodong free strides. Just preferred the
head of 1.

1st Gulliver Tonara Moon Walk
This compact boy presents and very balanced picture. He has great bone and feet, a good
top line and tailset, lovely angles front and rear and he moved with style and drive.
2nd Gerhold Navilis Vivat Vivaldi JW (imp ukr)
Very close decision, both these boys were very similar in profile. In fabulous cream coat with
super bone and feet he moved true front and rear. Just preferred the flow of neck of 1.
Mid Limit 9,4abs
1st Beck Simon Basset De Ria Vela For Beinangus JW (imp esp)
This boy was in fabulous coat and condition. He is nicely balanced with a gentle head and
expression, good pigment. He is well angled both ends with nothing overdone. He moved
out well with a good length of stride.
2nd Loverock & Waldron- Smith Thornywait Save My Space At Lovissa
Another balanced boy very simar to 1.
He has lovely bone and feet and good angulation I just felt 1 had more purposeful movement
today.

1st Mcgeoch Nedlezah Lochlea
Mid gold balanced boy with masculine head, lovely flow of muscular neck into well laid
shoulder. He has a level topline,super bone and feet and is nicely angled both ends. Lovely
movement with good long strides and good drive from the rear. Just flagged a bit in the
challenge.
2nd Williams Eveninghill Detroit Red
A mid gold boy in full gleaming coat. He has a beautiful neck, shoulder and upper arm, good
bone and feet, tight elbows and lovely bend of stifle. Moved out well.

1st Noferi & Saz Orozco IH CH/INT/SP/PORT/GBZ/IB CH Terra Di Siena I’m A Dreamer
Star of the day this boy just oozed quality. He is a strong, masculine boy, very well balanced,
in super coat. Good pigment, excellent bone and feet, well bent stifle, deep short coupled
body and straight well let down hocks. He moved round the ring with real flare and drive.
Delighted to award him CC and on referee’s decision BIS.

This boy was in full gleaming coat. He is very well balanced with a deep short coupled body.
He shows himself off well, very attentive to handler. He has a strong head with a gentle
expression and good pigment. Well angulated front and rear. Goodong strides in profile, I
just preferred the more positive rear movement of 1

Well balanced dog, very alert and attentive. Well chiseled head, good layback of shoulder

2nd Roper Catnels InsideStory For Brensham SGWC VW
This boy was presented in full mid gold coat. He has excellent pigment, good neck length
into level topline. Strong bone and tight feet. He moved steady and true front and rear.

1st CH/IR Sh CH Weisford Guilty as Sin
This boy made me smile. When stacked he holds his own head high looking very regal and
has a twinkle in his eye and smile on his face saying aren’t I beautiful. Everything is just
right, he has excellent pigment, super muscular neck into level topline and tailset, super
bend of stifle. He moves with such ease he floats round the ring, I could watch him move all
day RCC
2nd Williams Berrymeade Coeur Blimey At Bushey Hall SGWC WGC
Very well balanced boy with correct head proportions, good bone and feet, straight legs with
well tucked in elbows. Short coupled body and well muscled quarters he moved with plenty
of drive.
